Complete the Booking form online to book an appointment

Applicant makes Payment for the relevant service required.

Applicant brings proof of Identity and proof of address to appointment.

Applicant has his/her headshot Photograph, Fingerprints and Signature captured.

Applicant has his/her supporting Documents Scanned.

Applicant’s enrolment is acknowledged. Transaction Slip is issued. NIN Card is processed.
